Hi, This is Rajiv Noronha. I am a chemical engineer, completed master's in psychology, and have an advanced degree in management. I have a breadth of functional, consulting as well as leadership expertise around several domains of HR & OD as well as Operations, Process & Quality Engineering, spreading over three decades. I have now branched out of a corporate career and am focused on freelance consulting work around Strategic HR & OD. During my corporate career, I worked with five of India's leading brands viz., Larsen & Toubro, Reliance Industries, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services and Murugappa Group. Working with these world-class organizations, I gained deep expertise in a gamut of areas that underlie and helped build a strong foundation that I am able to leverage in my work as a freelance consultant focused on the interface between people, business, and organization.
